Lark Savile Row is a single cask release from the Whisky Bar Series, made in Tasmania in collaboration with Savile Row, a whisky bar in Brisbane. It was bottled at 55% ABV in a 50cl bottle, with 210 bottles drawn from cask LD2445.
The whisky has a Madeira cask finish and a touch of macadamia smoke.
Dark cherry and hazelnut lead the palate, with apricot gradually unfolding. The finish ends with a gentle smoky note.
