This is a cask strength single malt from Launceston Distillery, bottled at 62% in a 50cl bottle. It comes from a single 100 litre American oak cask that was filled in 2017. The whisky was double distilled and is non-chill filtered.
The nose is bright and fragrant, with toasted pineapple and rich vanilla. The palate is soft, with gentle sweet bourbon notes, banana and caramelised brown sugar, followed by a smooth, lingering finish.
