This is Ledaig 10 Year Old, a peated single malt made at the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull. Ledaig was one of the distillery's earlier names.
It is distilled on the same pot stills as the unpeated Tobermory, but from peated barley. The whisky is matured for 10 years and bottled at 46.3% ABV.
The smoke is rich, earthy and almost medicinal, with fresh fruit and crushed spice underneath.
