Ledaig 12 Year Old is a peated single malt from the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail. It sits in the company's Discovery Range under the smoky, peaty profile, and comes in a 70cl bottle at 43%. It is chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose opens with rich vanilla before moving to smoke, baked apple and fine citrus. On the palate, preserved fruit and creamy milk chocolate meet a strong smoky note. The finish is long and intense, with the peat smoke staying soft.
