A Piedmontese brandy from Distilleria Berta, made from a careful selection of local grape pomace. Long ageing in wooden casks gives it an elegant structure with warm notes of vanilla, dried fruit and light spicy nuances. On the palate it is harmonious and silky, with a pleasant persistence. It suits slow sipping as a refined digestif or alongside dry desserts and aged cheeses.
