A Kentucky straight bourbon from Limestone Branch Distillery, released in 2024 as its entry in the Bardstown Collection, a series with one bottling from each of seven Bardstown distilleries. This bottle is signed by Stephen Beam, a seventh generation member of the Beam family and owner of the distillery, and by Stephen Fante. It is bottled at 50% in a 75cl bottle.
The bourbon is 6 years old, pot-distilled and wheated, with 28 percent red winter wheat in the mashbill. It is a rich amber colour. The nose offers pear, panela sugar, ripe apple and leather. The palate has basswood honey, ripe stone fruits, citrus, caramel and vanilla. The finish brings honey, Bosc pear, butterscotch and leather.
