A single malt from Lindores Abbey in Newburgh, Fife, distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2026 at 6 years old. It was matured fully in a first fill bourbon barrel and bottled at 59.5% in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery is described as making a light, fruity spirit with an oily texture and medium body, and the fresh barrel was chosen to let that spirit come through. The cask adds layers of vanilla, honey and toffee.
