The nose is fresh and herbaceous, with floral and grassy notes, hints of barley and gentle oak. On the palate it opens with soft caramel and butterscotch, then delicate vegetal hints and a touch of Linkwood bitterness. The finish is long and dry, with a subtle, lasting fruitiness.
