This is a single cask Linkwood single malt, bottled independently by Adelphi as part of its Selection.
It was distilled in 2010 and matured for 11 years, until the cask was emptied in 2021. The release is 323 bottles.
The nose offers crumpets with melted butter, cut grass and a thread of maple syrup. The palate is more floral, with maple sweetness staying at the centre. The finish is a burst of cooking spices and freshly chopped herbs.
