A single malt from Linkwood, distilled on 27 November 2012 and bottled on 3 July 2024 at 11 years old and 50% ABV. It was matured in an ex-bourbon hogshead, and the outturn was 343 bottles of 70cl.
The nose is fresh and elegant with gentle spice, strawberries, charred pineapple, peaches and lime, followed by orange zest and saddle leather. On the palate there is a wave of fruit, creamy dark chocolate and coconut. The finish brings black wine gums, plums, espresso and burnt marshmallow, with sweet baking spices and a hint of mint.
