It is 12 years old and comes in a 70cl bottle at 48.4%, without colouring or chill filtration. It was drawn from cask DL16339, a single refill hogshead that gave 340 bottles. The nose is aromatic, round and sweet, with big barley character, autumn fruits and nuts. The palate is dulcet, with a range of spices and later citrus and sugar. About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
