This is a single cask Linkwood from Speyside, bottled by The Whisky Cellar at cask strength, 54.9% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It was distilled on 15 September 2010 and bottled in February 2023. The whisky matured for several years in an ex-bourbon hogshead before a finish in a Hungarian Tokaji Aszú wine cask. The release is limited to 304 bottles.
The nose shows ripe apricots and manuka honey. On the palate there is rich, creamy caramel with ginger spice, oranges and golden sultanas.
