This is a 14 year old Linkwood single malt, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage as 100 Proof #72. It matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads and refill hogsheads, and is bottled at 57.1% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and has no artificial colouring.
The nose is ripe apples and malty sweetness with dark sultanas, a hint of toffee, light oak spice and cocoa. The palate shows milk chocolate and creamy toffee with a note of ginger, and the Oloroso adds fullness. The finish is long, with fine oak and lingering cocoa.
