A single cask Speyside single malt from Linkwood, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021 by Wilson & Morgan at 57.1% ABV, which is 100 UK proof. After roughly 13 years in cask, the final 12 months were spent in PX sherry, adding natural fruit sweetness. 292 bottles were filled.
Despite its strength, the whisky is round and soft. Raisins and candied orange come with dried fruit, peach and apricot. Beeswax and honey add a light, lively, mineral acidity without making it overly sweet.
