Linkwood – 25 Years Old 1995 Gordon & MacPhail Distillery Labels Sherry Casks (70cl, 43%)

This is a Linkwood single malt from Gordon & MacPhail's Distillery Labels range. It was distilled in 1995, matured in sherry casks and bottled in 2020 at 25 years old. It comes at 43% in a 70cl bottle. Linkwood stands south of Elgin, in grounds of about four hectares laid out like a park. The Burn of Linkwood, a tributary of the Lossie, supplies the cooling water. The distillery is thought to have been founded around 1825 by Peter Brown.
