A rum liqueur from Damoiseau, presented in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose, orange peel and ripe citrus lead, with a warm rum base and light spicy notes. The palate is full yet smooth, with well-balanced sweetness, a soft enveloping texture and a finish recalling candied peel and a slight bitter note.
It can be enjoyed neat or mixed, in classic cocktails and aromatic punches, with chocolate or cream desserts, slightly chilled or over ice. A few drops also add aromatic depth to creams or glazes.
