Liquore Elisir Nocciola - Bordiga (70cl)

A hazelnut liqueur from Bordiga, made with Piedmont hazelnuts grown around Cuneo. It is produced from carefully selected nuts with crisp, intensely aromatic flesh, worked by traditional methods. Infusion and maceration give the liqueur a velvety structure and a balance between sweetness and freshness. The nose shows toasted notes, mature dried fruit and light caramel hints, leading to a soft, enveloping palate. The finish is long and warm, with a delicate bitter note. It suits chocolate or dried-fruit desserts and innovative or reinterpreted classic cocktails.
