Little Book Chapter 9: None for Granted (75cl, 60.9%)

None for Granted is the ninth chapter in Freddie Noe's Little Book series, a high-proof blend of straight bourbons and rye aged between 7 and 11 years. It is bottled at 121.8 proof, or 60.9% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. The blend includes a bourbon made from a brown rice mash, and uses extended fermentation techniques inspired by Freddie Noe's grandfather, Booker Noe. The flavours are built around caramel, vanilla and oak.
