Living Souls Torabhaig Aged 7 Years Batch 1 (70cl, 51.5%)

This is a seven-year-old single malt from Torabhaig Distillery on the Isle of Skye, bottled by Living Souls as Batch 1 and presented at 51.5% in a 70cl bottle. Matured in first fill bourbon barrels, it is described as a bold dram. The notes describe smoked ham on the nose, then burnt sticky marshmallows and roasted almonds, a sweet and savoury contrast that lingers.
