This is a 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Loch Lomond, aged in three types of American oak cask. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle and is not chill filtered.
Michael Henry, the master blender, brings the expression together, and his signature appears on each bottle.
The nose has crisp green apple, ripe pear and lemon over golden cereal. On the palate, orchard fruits and lemon meringue lead into vanilla and light biscuit sweetness. The finish is medium in length, with gentle wood smoke and a peaty tang.
