Loch Lomond – 1995 24 Year Old Bourbon Cask (Coopers Choice) (51%)

This Loch Lomond single grain was distilled in 1995 and bottled after 24 years in a bourbon cask, at 51% ABV. It is a Coopers Choice bottling. Grain whisky production at Loch Lomond began in 1994, so this whisky comes from the distillery's second year of grain distilling. The distillery itself was commissioned by the Littlemill Distilling Company in 1965, with first distillation in 1966. It went quiet in 1984, and malt production restarted in 1987 under Alexander Bulloch and Glen Catrine.
