Loch Lomond The Nine #1 is a Highland single malt from the distillery's Innovative Cask Series, in a 70cl bottle. Distilled in 2010 in swan neck pot stills as an unpeated spirit, it matured until 2023 and was bottled from cask 21/546-2.
It rested first in an American oak hogshead, then received a finish in a first-fill Bordeaux red wine hogshead. The series brings together different stills, yeasts and casks.
It is bottled at 55% ABV, without artificial colour and without chill-filtration, in a run of 318 bottles.
