The Nine #5 is a Highland single malt from Loch Lomond, part of the distillery's Innovative Cask Series, which brings together different stills, yeasts and casks. It comes from cask 22/718-3 and is sold in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit was distilled in straight neck pot stills and matured from 2013 to 2023. It rested first in an American oak cask, then received a finish in a first fill Rivesaltes hogshead.
It is bottled at 56.3% ABV, with no added colour and no chill filtering. Only 287 bottles were produced.
