American oak ex-bourbon
Loch Lomond Original is a 40% Highland single malt from Scotland, in a 75cl bottle. It is matured in American oak casks that previously held bourbon. Cask maturation is the focus here: fine oak casks are used to build a balance of flavour and aroma. The whisky is described as full-bodied and distinctive in character, with a smoothness that makes it easy to drink.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
