This is a single grain Scotch whisky from Loch Lomond, made entirely from malted barley and presented in a square bottle at 43%. Fermentation runs for 92 hours, and the spirit is distilled continuously in a copper still. It is then matured in former bourbon casks, which give a softer, lighter flavour, and finished for six months in traditional casks toasted with infrared.
