Longrow 100° Proof 2026 Edition (50%)

Longrow 100° Proof is a 2026 edition single malt, bottled at proof strength of 50% ABV. It is a new addition to the Longrow range and recalls an earlier appreciation of this style. The whisky was matured for 4 years in refill bourbon casks and then for over 2 years in rioja casks. The red wine influence is subtle, and it sits alongside the peat smoke that Longrow is known for. The nose brings redcurrants, Madagascan vanilla, tiger prawns, salami and peppercorns, with an ashy note from the start. On the palate the peat smoke builds, with tobacco, cigar smoke, dark fruits and leather. The finish is spicy, with chilli peppers, cherry menthol and lingering peat smoke.
