A mezcal from Oaxaca, produced from espadín agave. The agave is cooked slowly in earth pits and fermented naturally. It is clear in the glass, with aromas of burnt earth, light smoke, wild herbs and a slight fruity note. The palate is balanced, with pleasant savouriness and a persistent finish of wood and spice.
