Mezcal Reposado - Los Danzantes (70cl)

Mezcal Reposado from Los Danzantes comes from Oaxaca and is made from agave Espadín. It rests in wooden barrels for a minimum of two months. The volcanic soil and dry climate give the agave an intense, mineral bouquet, reflected in smoky and slightly sweet notes with hints of vanilla and light spices from the wood ageing. The nose shows earthy and smoky aromas, balanced by fruity accents and caramel notes. On the palate it is round and enveloping, with a persistent finish that leaves a clean, intensely aromatic aftertaste. It can be sipped neat or used in sophisticated cocktails, and pairs with savoury Mexican dishes.
