Mezcal Coyote Los Danzantes (70cl)

Mezcal Coyote is made by Los Danzantes in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is produced mainly from espadín agave, hand-harvested and cooked in traditional stone ovens, followed by slow natural fermentation. The result is an intensely smoky yet balanced spirit with herbal, earthy, citrus and sweet spice aromas. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a complex structure that reflects its origin. The finish is persistent and smoky without overpowering the fresh fruity aromas.
