Luca Bellani Spumante Oltrepò Pavese DOCG Rosé Dosaggio Zero Centoventi

A sparkling rosé from the heart of Oltrepò Pavese, made mainly from Pinot Noir grown on suitable hills. It shows fine, persistent perlage from meticulous bottle fermentation and long ageing on the lees. In the glass it is pale pink, with intense aromas of small red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, plus delicate floral notes. The palate is dry and vibrant, with notable minerality that enhances its savouriness and freshness, typical of zero dosage, leaving the wine pure and direct. It suits aperitifs, raw fish, carpaccio and fresh cheeses.
