Luxardo Angioletto is an Italian hazelnut liqueur, made by blending natural hazelnut distillate from Italian farms with alcohol and sugar. The process is designed to keep the natural oils and aroma of the nut. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 24% ABV.
On the nose, toasted hazelnut and sweet praline come with vanilla and cocoa. The palate is smooth and velvety, with roasted hazelnut, caramel and a little chocolate creaminess, sweet but balanced. The finish is silky and warm, with a faint echo of roasted nuts and vanilla sugar.
