Apex Black is a single cask single malt whisky from Israel, made at the M&H (Milk & Honey) Distillery in the Tel Aviv region. It was distilled in 2017, matured in a fortified red wine cask and bottled in 2022.
It is bottled at 59.4% ABV, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The single cask yielded 393 bottles, which come in a gift box.
