This is a four-year-old Israeli single malt from the Milk & Honey distillery, bottled by the independent bottler Best Dram. It was distilled in 2021 and bottled in 2026 from a single first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, number 3550, which gave 325 bottles at a cask strength of 57.7%.
The whisky is not smoky. It was bottled without added colour and without chill-filtration, and it has a deep amber tone and an oily texture.
The nose is sweet with PX character, with raisins, dates and other dried fruit. On the palate it is full-bodied, with caramel, gentle spice and a pronounced sweetness.
