Milk & Honey Classic is a single malt from Israel's first dedicated single-malt distillery, near Tel Aviv. It is made from 100% malted barley, distilled in copper pot stills and matured in the warm Mediterranean climate.
The whisky is aged in ex-bourbon barrels and custom red wine STR (shaved, toasted, re-charred) casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV, with no added colouring and no chill-filtration.
The nose is vanilla pod, honeycomb and delicate floral notes with fresh oak. The palate is caramelised malt sweetness with honey, black pepper and oak. The finish is smooth and moderately long, with roasted cereal, oak and honey.
