This is a 4 year old single cask whisky from Milk & Honey, an Israeli distillery, bottled for North Star Spirits at a natural cask strength of 64.2% in a 70cl bottle.
It comes from a single refill hogshead from the 2019 vintage, which yielded 198 bottles.
The nose is ripe banana and papaya, with melting butter on malt loaf. The palate brings a big wave of ripe fruit and sweet oak, and is very warming. The finish is oaky, buttery and fruity.
