Elements Peated is a single malt from the Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel. It is made from 100% malted barley and double-distilled in copper pot stills.
Two parts make up the blend: whisky matured in ex-Islay peated whisky casks, and whisky matured in ex-bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 46% ABV and is non-chill-filtered.
The nose offers soft, fresh smoke with vanilla, toasted oak and a touch of lemon peel. The palate is medium-bodied, opening with malty sweetness and vanilla before light peat rises alongside ginger and lemon rind. The finish is moderately long, with soft peat, oak and citrus.
