A single cask Israeli single malt from the M&H Distillery in Tel Aviv, distilled on 23 November 2021. It matured for four years in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead and was bottled by Best Dram in August 2026 at a cask strength of 57.7%.
The warm Israeli climate speeds the exchange between spirit and wood, and the whisky is a deep amber.
The nose offers dark raisins, dates and dried fruit with warm wood and spice. The palate is full-bodied, with caramel, dark fruit and spice over a malty base. The finish is long and warm, with dark fruit and PX sweetness giving way to spicy wood.
