M&H – Elements Sherry Cask (70cl, 46%)

M&H Elements Sherry Cask is a single malt from the M&H distillery in Tel Aviv, in a 70cl bottle at 46%. The makers travelled to Spain to have Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry prepared for them. Casks filled with it were seasoned for a year there, then brought to Tel Aviv to mature the spirit alongside ex-bourbon American oak. It is a kosher single malt, described as showing robust red fruit, dark chocolate and notes of oak. It is a double gold medal winner at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2024.
