This is a single cask Israeli single malt from the M&H Distillery in Tel Aviv, selected and bottled by Best Dram. It was matured for four years in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead.
The spirit was distilled on 23 November 2021 and bottled in August 2026. The cask gave 325 bottles at a cask strength of 57.7%, in 70cl bottles, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The nose offers sherry sweetness with dark raisins, dates and caramel. The palate is full and powerful, with dried fruit and creamy caramel set against spice and oak. The finish is long and warming, with raisins and dark caramel fading to a gentle oak spice.
