A Speyside single malt from Macallan, aged for at least twelve years in sherry-seasoned European oak casks and bottled in July 2026 at 55%, which is 110 proof. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The colour is natural, with no added caramel.
The nose is rich and fruity, with roasted fig, plum jam, nutmeg and orange zest. The palate is dense, with caramelised apple, Christmas cake, brown honey and clove, plus toasted hazelnut and a touch of cocoa. The finish brings molasses, sherry sweetness and woody spices.
