This 2023 release of Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
Hand-picked Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez in Spain were used for maturation. They work on a rich, fruity and full bodied new make spirit, and the resulting single malt is characterised by mature oak, ginger and raisin flavours.
