This is a single cask Macallan bottled by Gordon & MacPhail under its Speymalt name, in a 70cl bottle at a cask strength of 58.5%. It was distilled on 25 September 2000 and bottled on 6 March 2026, after 25 years in a first fill sherry butt. The cask gave 556 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose offers stewed red fruit, date and dark chocolate. On the palate, Seville orange and roasted hazelnut meet warming ginger. The finish is long, with mature oak, marzipan and deep sherry character.
