Macallan – Boutique Collection 2017 Limited Edition Single Malt (70cl, 56.8%)

This is the second release in the Macallan Boutique Collection, a limited single malt from Speyside bottled at 56.8% in a 70cl bottle. It was made in 2017 to celebrate the opening of the first Macallan Boutique in Asia, at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport. The notes describe fresh fruit, ginger and toffee, with a rich, smooth body. Warm spice and a subtle smokiness follow and linger.
