Macallan – Intense Arabica The Harmony Collection (70cl, 44%)

This is The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Intense Arabica, the second release in that collection. It is a sherry cask single malt bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle. Macallan whisky maker Steven Bremner created two whiskies with a pronounced coffee character, drawing on the experience of five coffee experts. It belongs to a limited series, and each release in the collection comes in packaging made from reworked organic by-products. The nose offers tiramisu, cappuccino, gingerbread, raisins, almonds, sweet oak and vanilla. The palate brings espresso, dark chocolate, raisins, tiramisu, blackberries, vanilla, nuts and sweet oak. The finish is long, with dark roasted coffee, balanced and sweet.
