Macallan – Rich Cacao The Harmony Collection (70cl, 44%)

Rich Cacao is a Macallan single malt from The Harmony Collection, created with Jordi Roca, pastry chef of the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca and owner of the Casa Cacao chocolate boutique in Spain. Macallan whisky maker Polly Logan travelled to Spain to draw on his chocolate-making. The whisky is matured in sherry-seasoned European and American oak and bottled at 44% ABV. The nose brings chocolate fondant, honey, oak, sharp lime and ginger. The palate is dark chocolate, honey, dates, vanilla and cinnamon. The finish is long, with rich chocolate.
