Amber Meadow is a single malt from Macallan and the third limited edition in The Harmony Collection. It was created in collaboration with the sisters Stella McCartney and Mary McCartney, and matured in American and European oak casks.
Its packaging was inspired by Scottish meadows and is made with recycled hay from those same meadows.
The nose is described as golden honey, caramelised apple and vanilla, with a floral touch and soft spices. On the palate it is creamy, with ripe fruit, nuts and caramel.
