This is Macallan Rich Cacao, part of The Harmony Collection, a Speyside single malt made in collaboration with the Spanish pastry chef Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca. It is bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks and American oak casks. Its packaging is made from discarded cacao pod husks and is fully recyclable and degradable.
On the palate it is described as rich, with dark chocolate alongside honey, dates, vanilla and cinnamon.
