Macaloney's Cath-Na-Haven is a single malt from Vancouver Island in British Columbia, made in honour of traditional sherry-style whiskies. It is matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks as well as American oak casks, and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is complex, with red berries, plums and oak. The palate is full and creamy, with plums, raisins, spices and a hint of sea salt, leading to a long, complex finish.
