Macaloney's Peated Kildara is a Canadian single pot still whisky, triple-distilled and crafted in Victoria, British Columbia.
It is lightly peated to 21 PPM, using peat from the Olympic Peninsula, and it is matured in wine casks.
The wood smoke is described as rich yet delicate, and it sits alongside a smooth, fruit-forward character with an elegant influence from the wine casks in which the whisky was matured.
