This is a 17 year old Macduff bottled by Alistair Walker for Infrequent Flyers, as Batch 19, Release No. 171. It was distilled on 16 November 2007 and finished for 5 years and 4 months in a Madeira hogshead. It was bottled in August 2025, with 311 bottles filled. The nose offers roasted peanuts, plums, apricots and dark syrup. The palate shows intense vanilla with dates, buttery shortbread and roasted almonds, and the finish is lasting and aromatic.
